All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

For subscription-based Services, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds may be available within a specified period from purchase, depending on the product. Custom or personalized services may not be eligible for refunds once work has commenced.

Content generated by AI through our Services belongs to you upon generation. You have full rights to use, modify, and distribute AI-generated content created through your use of our Services.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" without any guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use or publication of AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) £100.

These limitations do not apply to liability arising from: (a) our gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination: (a) all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease; (b) you must stop all use of the Services; (c) any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
